A special piece of Kelso Rotary history is now permanently on display at Lads & Lassies Park.
Recently, Rotarians Mark, David, and Keenan (along with Riot) completed the installation of the commemorative bricks sold during Kelso Rotary's 100th Anniversary Gala. The engraved bricks, purchased by members, supporters, and community partners, serve as a lasting tribute to the people and organizations that have helped shape the club's first century of service.
The bricks have been placed near the bench bearing the Kelso Rotary name, creating a welcoming space where visitors can reflect on the club's legacy and its ongoing commitment to the community. The completed project not only beautifies the park but also preserves an important chapter in Kelso Rotary's history.
A special thank you goes to Mark, David, and Keenan for volunteering their time and effort to bring this project to completion. Their hard work has created a meaningful landmark that will be enjoyed for years to come and will stand as a reminder of Kelso Rotary's century of Service Above Self.
